Please be very careful during the registration process; take screenshots of each step, and be sure to save the screen confirmation that your course registration was successful.
If you encounter a system-related issue during registration:
- Send an email to your academic advisor clearly and concisely describing the issue, making sure to include your student ID number, first and last name, and current class. Be sure to attach a screenshot showing the problem to the email.
- No changes will be made for course schedule conflicts.
- Registrations that are not completed on the scheduled date and time due to student error, or that fail due to a password issue or incorrect input, are your responsibility. Therefore, it is important that you proceed by checking your registration at every step and stay in contact with your academic advisors.
- Regarding your enrollment requests, please notify your academic advisors of your request. In the subject line of your email, include the course code and name for which you are requesting a seat, along with the seat request information (e.g., MTF1234 Course Name - Seat Request). We also expect you to attach your current course schedule, showing the courses you are taking, to these emails. This will ensure that your enrollment request is processed immediately.
- Students who will be taking the MTF9000 Thesis course must make their selection after receiving approval from their academic advisor.
