Registration is conducted via OBS. Click HERE to access the graduate course catalog. We would also like to note that not all courses listed in the curriculum are offered; only those courses specified in the weekly course schedule may be selected (Although listed in the program, the course BDE 5109 Translation Studies and Interdisciplinarity will not be offered this semester).

You can access the SBE Graduate Course Regulations here:

Important reminders regarding course selection:

  1. You are not required to select all courses that appear to be offered in the program.
  2. With the exception of the Seminar, Research Methods, and Scientific Ethics courses, all courses are elective.
  3. In our master’s and doctoral programs, the duration of coursework is limited to a maximum of 4 semesters. In other words, you have a total of 4 semesters to complete your coursework. We recommend that you take your course load into consideration when making your selections.
  4. In accordance with the regulations, first-semester students may not enroll in the Seminar course.
  5. According to the Procedures and Principles for the Implementation of the Graduate Education and Teaching Regulations, students enrolled in the Master’s Program in French Translation and Interpreting may select up to 3 courses with the code “BDE” offered in the Master’s Program in Interlingual and Intercultural Translation Studies this semester. You can access and select the relevant courses via the “Curriculum: Non-Departmental Courses” tab in the system.
  6. Students who are in the process of writing their thesis, have previously selected the Thesis and Specialization Area courses, or have recently been assigned an advisor must add the Specialization Area course opened under their advisor’s name to their program this semester, along with the thesis course. Students enrolled in the French Translation and Interpretation Master’s Program must select their Thesis and Specialization Area courses from the “Curriculum: Non-Departmental Courses” tab, choosing the courses with the BDE code assigned by their advisors.
